“Once I had the wall opening ready, the fan and panel went in without turning this into a wiring project. The back flap opens when it runs, and the shed feels much less closed up on sunny afternoons.”

4-Inch Solar-Powered Exhaust Fan Kit
667,00 DKK
Off-Grid Ventilation
Fresh Air, Powered by the Sun
Move trapped heat, humidity, dust, and stale air out of sheds, greenhouses, coops, and pet shelters—without running an outlet to the space.
Mount the vent, connect the panel, and let direct sunlight power the airflow.
Why It Works
A Simple Fresh-Air Upgrade
Solar PoweredThe included 12V panel powers the fan in sufficient sunlight.
No Outlet NeededIdeal for detached spaces where household power is inconvenient.
Hot Air OutThe 4-inch exhaust path helps move warm, stale air outdoors.
Closing HoodThe exterior flap closes when airflow stops to help block insects.
Ventilate Where Cords Don’t Reach
Use the sun-facing panel to power targeted exhaust ventilation in the small outdoor spaces that heat up fast.
One Kit, More Comfortable Utility Spaces
Add airflow to greenhouses, chicken coops, pet houses, and storage sheds—anywhere the panel can receive dependable direct sunlight.
Send Trapped Air Outside
Mounted high on the wall, the fan helps exhaust warm air, lingering odors, humidity, and dust instead of letting them collect inside.
Air Out. Unwanted Insects Kept Back.
The curved exterior damper opens with the exhaust flow and closes when the fan stops, adding a practical barrier at the wall opening.

Fresh-Air Wins
Built for the Spaces People Actually Use
“I mounted it high in my greenhouse where the warm air collects. I like that I did not have to run an extension cord across the yard, and the fan starts doing its job when the sun is on the panel.”
— Jenna L., Sacramento, CA
“This was a simple way to add airflow to our little coop. The panel fits neatly on the roof, the cable stays out of the way, and the outside hood closes when the fan is not moving air.”
— Caroline B., Athens, GA
“We wanted more air moving through the dog shelter without bringing household power outside. The compact fan fits up near the roof and leaves plenty of room inside for the bed and water bowl.”
— Renee P., Tulsa, OK
Quick Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the fan run at night?
No. This kit has no built-in battery, so it runs when the solar panel receives enough light. Output varies with sunlight conditions.
Which side faces indoors?
Install the square grille on the inside and the round hooded outlet on the outside so stale indoor air is exhausted outdoors.
What opening size do I need?
The outlet duct is approximately 4 inches in diameter. Measure your wall and confirm clearance before cutting.
Can I use it in a shed, coop, or greenhouse?
Yes. It is designed for compact spaces where you can mount the fan through a wall and place the panel in dependable direct sunlight.
Is a battery or power adapter included?
No battery or household power adapter is included. The fan connects directly to the included solar panel through the supplied cable and inline switch.
