Before You Choose Your Size
Which capacity should I choose?
Choose 5L for the smallest packed footprint, 10L for everyday balance, or 15L when you want more water for camping, outdoor cleanup, or backup storage.
Does each option include more than one container?
No. Each option includes one collapsible container in the capacity you select. There are no “buy 1 / buy 2” quantity packages.
How do I keep it from leaking?
Seat the cap assembly evenly and tighten it securely before carrying. Keep the container upright during storage and transport.
How should I clean it?
Rinse with mild soap and clean water. Leave the cap open and allow the inside to dry fully before folding it for storage.
Can I use it for hot water?
Use cool or room-temperature water. Avoid boiling or very hot liquids, which can stress flexible plastic.
What if my container arrives damaged?
Contact our support team with a photo of the issue. We’ll help with a practical next step for transit damage, a missing part, or a faulty cap assembly.
